What are our courier charges?
We us New Zealand Couriers and/or Poste Haste, whichever is more cost effective for the customer.
$8.20 – per 25kg or 0.2 cube for delivery service Urban Auckland wide. (1 to 2 day service)
$11.90 – per 25kgor 0.2 cube for delivery service Rural Auckland wide. NOTE: If you have RD? on you address you will need a rural courier ticket. (2 – 4 day service)
(From Helensville / Orewa to Waiuku / Pokeno / Clevedon)
Outside of Auckland
$10.50 per 15kg ($5.50 extra for 10kg excess label to a max of 25kg)
(From Whangarei to Hamilton / Rotorua / Whakatana / Tauranga)
Shipping and Handling
All goods are packed carefully by us. Should the goods be damaged upon delivery, please contact us so that we can fix the problem. We only charge what it takes to get the product to your door. We do not make money from delivery. Our business is about animals and pet feeds. We add only the taxes and duties as required by government laws.

Deliveries through our courier service and is usually achieved within 2-3 business days once payment has been received into our bank account supplied at time of order.
Deliveries through our truck transport in Auckland is usually achieved within 2 – 3 business days once payment has been received into our bank account supplied at time of order.
Deliveries through our truck transport New Zealand wide is dependent on location and will be dispatched once payment has been received into our bank account supplied at time of order. Confirmation of delivery date will be confirmed at time of order.
If there is an unexpected delay on any of the products you have ordered, you will be notified by email ASAP. We will give you an estimated date of shipping, and you also have the right to cancel or change your order to another product if you wish.
Please contact us as soon as possible if for any reason you require the goods to be returned. We allow 7 days to accept the return for a full refund providing the goods are in re-saleable condition.
Faulty Returned Goods
If you are not satisfied with the any products you have received through Lifestyle Animal & Pet Supplies Ltd, you are entitled to return them, please return within 7 days from delivery date and we can either send you a replacement of that product or a supply full refund.
If you could please also let us know the reason for your return of the product, so we can go about rectifying the problem or concern so it does not happen again.

Payment is required into our account prior to any orders being shipped. We do not run accounts for our customers.

Our Payment Terms
Accounts with agreed payment terms (Account Forms to be filled out) are either 7 days from invoice date or must be received by the 20th day of the month following date of invoice (Interest Charges may apply at 4% calculated weekly)
Payment must be received before goods are to be sent via courier or collected from our store.
We are pleased to advise you that most of our valued customers settle their accounts within accordance of our terms. However the extra work involved in following up overdue accounts is putting pressure on our team.
To relieve this pressure we have decided to use Baycorp (NZ) Limited to process overdue accounts. Should you receive communication from them, this is because the amount is overdue with us and we have been unable to contact you or contact has been made and payment still has not been made
